He has been Of Counsel of Pavesio and Associati with Negri-Clementi since November 2022.

He has been Senior Associate in Italian and International Law Firms in Milan and London, and also manager and in-house counsel for international banks, financial intermediaries and fintechcompanies as ABN Amro Bank, GE Capital (General Electric Group), Banco Santander and Cedacri, where he held top positions in legal and compliance organization with particular focus on the regulatory relationships.

He advises in banking law, company law, corporate governance, compliance, commercial contracts and on mergers and acquisitions as well as private equity transactions.
