Prior to his current role he was one of the co-founders and partners of Brosio, Casati e Associati (established on 1 July 1990) and was a partner of Allen &amp; Overy from 1998, when the two firms merged, until 31 December 2006.<\/p><p>His experience is mainly focused on contentious and non-contentious matters, in corporate and contractual law advising domestic and international clients. He specializes in mergers &amp; acquisitions, joint ventures and corporate reorganization as well as in connection with generation transfers, governance and trust.
