On Friday, November 17, at 9 a.m., Carlo Pavesio, Senior Partner of Pavesio e Associati with Negri-Clementi, will speak at the Second Annual Conference “Business Civil Justice and Arbitration – What Perspectives?<\/strong>” organized by the Piedmont Chamber of Arbitration, at the Congress Center of the Unione Industriali of Turin. <\/span><\/p>\n

As president, Pavesio will introduce the Conference and moderate the panel on “The Arbitration Board: the Chairman, the arbitrators appointed by one party, the minority report<\/strong>,” which will be attended by<\/span>\u00a0Francesco Benatti<\/strong>, Emeritus of Private Law, University of Milan and Mario Napoli<\/strong>, National Forensic Council, Forum of Turin. <\/b><\/span><\/p>\n
