Lgs n. 149\/2022 \u2013 Arbitrati speciali \u2013 Profili evolutivi<\/strong>\u201d, curated by E. Olivetti, L. Ansaldi, A. Bossi, F. Locatelli, L. Oglio, M. Paccoia, E. Silvestri, S. Vanoni and published by Zanichelli Editore (2024).<\/p>\n

The volume provides an overview of arbitration starting from the recent Cartabia reform in three sections: the first is specifically dedicated to the innovations introduced by the reform, with a commentary on the rules of the reformed Code accompanied by an update on the latest doctrinal and jurisprudential guidelines; the second on special arbitrations and international arbitration; the third on the perspectives of application that the arbitration could have in a perspective of development of the institute also in up to now unexplored or little practiced (consumers, copyright, family) with an analysis of innovative topics such as artificial intelligence and neuroscience.<\/p>\n
