It is aimed at university teams in view of participation in the VIS Arbitration Moot in Vienna, the most important international competition dedicated to <a href=\"https:\/\/pavesioassociati.it\/aree-di-attivita\/contenzioso-e-arbitrati\/\">commercial arbitration<\/a>. <br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During the sessions, held in the form of debates, students present a legal case before a panel of arbitrators, putting into practice the skills acquired during the years of study and simulating the typical challenges of lawyers: time management, responsibility and organization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pavesio Studio Legale was one of the sponsors of the XI edition of the event. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alberto Buffa, Associate of the firm, held the role of referee in Round 4 at Freshfields LLP, also acting as coach for the University of Turin team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Chiara Dogliatti, Trainee, participated as a referee in Round 3, again in the panel hosted by Freshfields LLP, in the challenge between the University of Padua and the University of Elte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/pavesioassociati.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/TR-3537089-v1-Sito-_-News-_-2026-_-20260226-27-_-XI-AIA-CAM-Pre-Moot-_-Programma.pdf\">Download the event program [PDF]<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Pavesio Studio Legale sponsored the XI edition of the AIA-CAM Arbitration Pre-Moot, which took place in Rome on 26 and 27 February 2026, during which Alberto Buffa and Chiara Dogliatti participated as arbitrators.
