{"id":29711,"date":"2026-07-06T14:58:40","date_gmt":"2026-07-06T12:58:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/pavesioassociati.it\/?p=29711"},"modified":"2026-07-06T15:03:00","modified_gmt":"2026-07-06T13:03:00","slug":"legge-capitali-e-d-lgs-47-2026-convegno-a-torino","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pavesioassociati.it\/en\/news\/legge-capitali-e-d-lgs-47-2026-convegno-a-torino\/","title":{"rendered":"Italian Capital Markets Law and D.Lgs. 47\/2026 | Conference in Turin"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pavesio Studio Legale is taking part in the conference &#8220;Legge capitali e D.Lgs. 47\/2026: le modifiche del Codice Civile&#8221; (Capital Markets Law, Legislative Decree 47\/2026: the amendments to the Civil Code), organised by the ODCEC of Turin (Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The event took place&nbsp; on Wednesday 1st July 2026 at the Aldo Milanese Conference Hall.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Firm was represented by <a href=\"https:\/\/pavesioassociati.it\/en\/the-team\/carlo-pavesio\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"9435\">Carlo Pavesio<\/a>, who participated in the final\u00a0round table, and by <a href=\"https:\/\/pavesioassociati.it\/en\/the-team\/federico-riganti\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"9415\">Federico Riganti,<\/a> who brought\u00a0 institutional greetings and reported\u00a0 on information flows and the liability of non-executive directors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The conference, organised in collaboration with the &#8220;Valter Cantino&#8221; Department of Management of the University of Turin and the Piccatti-Milanese Foundation of the ODCEC of Turin, examined the innovations introduced by Legislative Decree 47\/2026 on capital markets law and the consequent amendments to the Civil Code.
