The value of experience in the management of arbitral disputes between domestic law, practice and international perspectives&#8221;, held in Turin on Thursday 15 and Friday 16 October 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The conference was organised by the &#8220;Valter Cantino&#8221; Department of Management of the University of Turin, in collaboration with the Piedmont Arbitration Chamber, and took place at the Library of the Bar Association (<em>Biblioteca dell&#8217;Ordine degli Avvocati<\/em>), &#8220;Fulvio Croce&#8221; Hall, Via Corte d&#8217;Appello 16, Turin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Carlo Pavesio took part in the session entitled &#8220;Appointment, challenge and developments concerning the arbitral tribunal&#8221;, on Friday 16 October, chaired and coordinated by Stefano A. Cerrato. He delivered a presentation on \u201cThe appointment of an arbitral tribunal by an arbitral institution. A comparative analysis of models and rules\u201d.
