Defamation and personal data | ICCI and Turin University

On Friday 6th December 2024, Sarah Vercellone – Partner of Pavesio e Associati with Negri-Clementi – held a lesson on defamation, privacy protection and image rights as part of the postgraduate programme CUAP “The publishing businesses“.

This is the first postgraduate programme organized by Italian Cultural Content Industry (ICCI) with the Valter Cantino Management Department oflTurin University dedicated to the publishing sector in its variety and complexity, from editing to logistics, from law and finance to the new technologies, illustrating the complex editorial process and the different figures working on it, to train participants effectively, both theoretically and practically.

The postgraduate programme – held by professors, professionals and entrepreneurs – provides 40 hours of lectures, 85 practical-laboratory hours and the development of a project work. The initiative is promoted by the Chamber of Commerce of Turin and Ceipiemonte s.c.p.a.
