Helga Garuzzo and Umberto Michielin, respectively Equity Partner and Senior Associate of the Administrative at Pavesio e Associati with Negri-Clementi, have obtained a major victory in the Council of State for a company active in the field of medical devices for molecular diagnostic.
In upholding the judgment of the court of first instance, and accepting all the objections raised, the Court of Appeal annulled the award of the contract to another operator and declared that the applicant company had a right to conclude the contract.
