Pavesio e Associati with Negri-Clementi, with a team consisting of the Partner Carlo Peyron and the Associate Carolina Ceretti, acted as legal advisor P&P Italia, a leading Italian company in the field of trade fair, exhibition and congress set-ups, in the agreement for the entry into its capital by Augusta Holding, investment company promoted by Pietro Paolo Paci and a number of corporate and private investors who supported the initiative.

In the transaction, the financial advisor of P&P Italia, Scouting Capital Advisors, with a team consisting of the Managing Director Carlo Corsi and the Analyst Davide Vallosio.

The entry of the new partner represents for P&P Italia an important chapter in the project to develop its business in a sector, the trade fair industry, which is going through a phase of great dynamism and consolidation, 19 October 2023.
