Camilla is a senior associate at Pavesio Studio Legale, with whom she has been working since 2018.
She has gained specific experience in the field of criminal liability of entities, labor and environmental criminal law, data protection, whistleblowing in the various sector regulations, governance and sustainability (ESG).
Camilla assists multinational companies and groups in the drafting of organisational models pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001, with specific attention to the application of European standards on whistleblowing, the efficient organisation of powers and responsibilities in the field of safety at work and the environment. He assists clients in the application of mandatory and soft law rules on ESG factors for the development of a sustainable business in connection with other professionals of the Firm.
