Carolina joined Pavesio e Associati with Negri-Clementi in May 2019. She has been a trainee lawyer at a primary law firm in Turin focused on insurance and has completed an internship at the Court of Appeal of Turin. Since December 2019, she has been an Associate of Pavesio e Associati with Negri-Clementi.

She has a specific experience in negotiation of commercial contracts, both national and international, as well as of agreements for the creation of security entered into in the context of cross-border financing transactions.

She has expertise in notes issuances and private placements.

She is a member of the Turin Bar.
