Her specialization is in the civil field, litigation and non-litigation, in particular in the areas of banking law and financial intermediation, bankruptcy and corporate law. Cristina has a significant experience in a wide range of sensitive corporate operations. She has assisted important industrial groups and other companies in several fields, both nationally and internationally. She attends, as rapporteur, several conventions, seminars, workshops and webinar and she edits publications and articles about legal issues.

She obtained the qualification for registration in the Register of Managers of the Over-indebtedness Crisis.

She was admitted to practice before the Corte di Cassazione (the Italian Supreme Court). She is a member of the Milan Bar.
