Federico joined Pavesio e Associati with Negri-Clementi in June 2021. Previously, he has been a trainee lawyer at Ferreri e Associati in Turin.

His activity focuses on Corporate Compliance, referring specifically to the subject of Corporate Criminal Liability, under the Legislative Decree 231/2001, Labour and Environmental Criminal Law, Sustainability (ESG) and Data Protection.

He mainly provides advice services in the drafting of organization, management and control models (“231 Models”) of Italian and multinational companies, in consequent activities, and in the drafting of corporate policies and procedures. He advises companies on the fulfillment of Occupational Health, Safety, Environment and Data Protection requirements, also referring to websites.

He is a member of the Turin Bar.
