Federico Riganti

Federico joined Pavesio e Associati with Negri-Clementi in January 2018. He previously worked for top firms in Turin and Milan.

His activity focuses on Commercial and Corporate Law and on Banking and Financial Markets Regulations. He has published several articles in scientific journals and lectures in national and international seminars.

In September 2016, Federico obtained a Ph.D. in Corporate Law and Capital Markets Regulation from the University of Bologna. In the following years, he had several academic roles in Italy and abroad. Currently, Federico is Assistant Professor of Economic Law and Financial Markets Regulation, at the Department of Management, University of Turin, and Adjunct Professor at ESCP Europe Business School, Turin Campus.

He is a member of the Turin Bar, and he worked for the scientific commission of the latter.

He is a Research Fellow at the European Banking Institute (EBI), a Fellow at the European Society for Banking and Financial Law (AEDBF), and at the Istituto Bruno Leoni; he is an Academic Member at the European Corporate Governance Institute (ECGI).
