Francesco joined Pavesio Studio Legale in June 2021.

His activity is mainly focused on commercial and corporate law, assisting Italian and international clients in drafting commercial contracts and corporate documentation. He also deals with M&A operations.

He is part of the real estate team and has specific experience in real estate law and in drafting the relevant contractual documentation.

He is a member of the Turin Bar.
