Marzia Galleano

Marzia Galleano is Senior Associate and she joined Pavesio e Associati with Negri-Clementi in January 2015.

Marzia provides consultancy and assistance to both Italian and foreign clients with reference to individual employment relationships, with private and public entities and with entities under public control. She also deals with Labor Law trade and industrial relations; health and safety norms in the workplace; social security and retirement (social security contribution, Labor Ministry inspections, retirement, supplementary retirement funds); contractual profiles, employment, and social security issues related to extraordinary transactions (company transfers, collective redundancies, social bumpers, Due Diligence reports); EU and international employment law matters (including social security and immigration). She also assists clients in data protection-related matters (Italian privacy code and GDPR).

Marzia has written various essays and she holds lectures on employment, Labor Law, and social security matters.

She is a member of the Turin Bar.
