Patrizia Serasso is a partner of Pavesio e Associati since 2017 and prior to this she was an “associato in partecipazione” (“salary partner”) since 2015. Before joining Pavesio e Associati, Patrizia was a partner of R&P Legal from 2002 to 2011 and later a partner of VTCS from 2012 to 2014.

Her experience is focused both on contentious and non-contentious matters in civil law in the areas of corporate, commercial, private and public procurement, real estate and property rights.

Patrizia advises and assists Italian and foreign clients in litigation and arbitration proceedings including before the Italian Supreme Court. She has also acquired significant experience in banking llitigation.

She is admitted to practice before the Italian Supreme Court since 2014. She is a member of the Turin Bar.
