Umberto is Senior Associate of Pavesio e Associati with Negri-Clementi since 2011.

He has specific experience in administrative law (more specifically in public contracts) and he advises private companies and public entities (in litigation cases as well) before the Italian Administrative courts. Umberto has broad experience in environmental and energy law, especially in authorization procedures for renewable energy projects.

He is a member of the Turin Bar from 2010.
