Agnieszka Gąsiorowska

Agnieszka joined Pavesio e Associati with Negri-Clementi in 2007 as Of Counsel.

She gained her professional experience in international law firms such as White&Case, Allen&Overy, and Lovells in Warsaw and, in the period 2004–2007, with RP Legal (previously Hammonds Rossotto) in Turin.

Agnieszka practices commercial, corporate and banking law; she has particular experience in cross-border commercial transactions and international M&A and joint venture transactions.

She assisted a number of primary Polish, German and Austrian banks in relation to banking transactions with Polish and Italian borrowers. She worked for one year as a legal secondee to one of the primary US banks in Warsaw. In recent years she gained a particular know-how in assisting clients in their direct investments in Asia and East European countries.

Admitted to Warsaw Bar (Radca Prawny) since 1997 and to Turin Bar (Avvocato Stabilito) since 2004.
