Federico joined Pavesio e Associati with Negri-Clementi in January 2018. He previously worked for top firms in Turin and Milan.
He mainly focuses on commercial, corporate, banking and financial market regulations law (with a specific focus on sustainability). He has published several articles on scientific journals and lectured on the foregoing in national and international seminars.
Federico graduated summa cum laude from the University of Turin in 2010 and, in September 2016, obtained a Ph.D. in Corporate Law and Capital Markets Regulation from the University of Bologna. In 2012, he attended The Hague Academy of International Law, in 2014 he was Visiting Research Fellow at Fordham University School of Law in New York, and in the summer of 2018, he served as a Visiting Professor at FGV Direito SP – Escola de Direito de São Paulo, Brazil. Among his various research stays, recent notable ones include those at the Max Planck Institute for Comparative and International Private Law in Hamburg and the Commercial Law Centre, Harris Manchester College, at the University of Oxford.
Currently, Federico is an Associate Professor of Economic Law and Financial Markets Regulation at the University of Turin, Department of Management, as well as Adjunct Professor at ESCP Europe Business School, Turin Campus.
He is member of the Turin Bar and is also a member of several associations, including the Association of Law Professors of Economics (ADDE), the European Banking Institute (EBI), the European Society for Banking and Financial Law (AEDBF), and the European Corporate Governance Institute (ECGI).
