Francesca joined Pavesio Studio Legale in February 2023.

Her practice focuses on corporate and commercial law, advising clients in drafting corporate documentation and commercial contracts, both national and international, and providing assistance in M&A transactions and in cross-border financing transactions.

She is a member of the Turin Bar.
