Francesca joined Pavesio Studio Legale in February 2023.

Her activity focuses on corporate and commercial law, advising clients in drafting corporate documentation and commercial contracts, both national and international, and assisting in M&A;A transactions and cross-border financing transactions.

She is a member of the Turin Bar.
