Francesca joined Pavesio e Associati with Negri-Clementi in February 2023.

Francesca’s activity focuses on corporate and commercial law, advising clients in drafting corporate documentation and commercial contracts, both national and international, and assisting in M&A;A transactions and cross-border financing transactions.

She is a member of the Turin Bar.
