Marco joined Pavesio e Associati with Negri-Clementi in February 2024, he previously worked with top level boutique firms in Milan and in the legal department of The Swatch Group (Italy) S.p.A.

Marco focuses on corporate and commercial law and he assists Italian and international clients on M&A and investment transactions, commercial contracts and corporate governance issues.

Since March 2022, he has been a lecturer in corporate law and extraordinary transactions for 24Ore Business School

He is a member of the Milan Bar.
