Pavesio Studio Legale sponsored the XI edition of the AIA-CAM Arbitration Pre-Moot, which was held in Rome on 26 and 27 February 2026, during which Avv. Alberto Buffa and Dott.ssa Chiara Dogliatti participated as arbitrators.

The Arbitration Pre-Moot is a simulated arbitration competition in the English language, organised by the Camera Arbitrale di Milano and the Associazione Italiana per l’Arbitrato. It is aimed at university teams with a view to participating in the VIS Arbitration Moot in Vienna, the most important international competition dedicated to commercial arbitration.
During the sessions, conducted in the form of debates, students present a legal case before a panel of arbitrators, putting into practice the skills acquired during their years of study and simulating the typical challenges faced by lawyers: time management, accountability and organisation.
Pavesio Studio Legale featured among the sponsors of the XI edition of the event.
Avv. Alberto Buffa, Associate at the firm, served as arbitrator in Round 4 at Freshfields LLP, also acting as coach for the University of Turin team.
Chiara Dogliatti, Trainee, participated as arbitrator in Round 3, likewise in the panel hosted by Freshfields LLP, in the hearing between the University of Padova and the University of Elte.
