Annapaola Negri-Clementi, Partner of Pavesio e Associati with Negri-Clementi, has contributed as co-author to the volume “L’arbitrato dopo la riforma Cartabia – D. Lgs n. 149/2022 – Arbitrati speciali – Profili evolutivi”, curated by E. Olivetti, L. Ansaldi, A. Bossi, F. Locatelli, L. Oglio, M. Paccoia, E. Silvestri, S. Vanoni and published by Zanichelli Editore (2024).

The volume provides an overview of arbitration starting from the recent Cartabia reform in three sections: the first is specifically dedicated to the innovations introduced by the reform, with a commentary on the rules of the reformed Code accompanied by an update on the latest doctrinal and jurisprudential guidelines; the second on special arbitrations and international arbitration; the third on the perspectives of application that the arbitration could have in a perspective of development of the institute also in up to now unexplored or little practiced (consumers, copyright, family) with an analysis of innovative topics such as artificial intelligence and neuroscience.
