Endurance Overseas S.p.A., a company of the Indian group Endurance Technologies, has acquired Fondalpress S.p.A., an Asti-based company active in aluminium die-casting for the automotive sector. The transaction further strengthens the Endurance group’s position in Europe, expanding its production capacity and product range.
One of the selling parties was assisted by Pavesio Studio Legale, with a team comprising partner Sarah Vercellone and senior associate Francesco Carlo Pellicano.
