Management and coordination in corporate groups: principles of good corporate management and liability profiles | Pavesio e Associati with Negri-Clementi and AIGI

On Monday 27th May 2024, from 02.30 p.m. to 05.30 p.m., there was held the conference entitled “Management and coordination in corporate groups: principles of good corporate management and liability profiles “, organized by Pavesio e Associati with Negri-Clementi with the Lombardia-Liguria section of AIGI – Associazione Italiana Giuristi d’Impresa, at BKV Fine Art Gallery (Milan, via Fontana n.16).

The conference had the aim of expore, also through the examination of the recent jurisprudential evolution, the legal profiles of the management and coordination activities in corporate groups and the resulting responsibilities for both the parent company and its directors. In addition, the operational impacts of the management and coordination activities on both the parent company and the subsidiaries were analysed.
