The law firm Pavesio e Associati with Negri-Clementi has assisted Italian Radical Design S.r.l in the acquisition of 100% Memphis S.r.l’s capital share.
The deal was guided by Of Counsel Cristina del Carretto di Ponti e Sessame, assisted by the collaborator Alice Brancatiand coordinated by Partner Vittorio Torazzi and Associate Valeria Miraglia in regards to Labour Law aspects.
