Pavesio e Associati with Negri-Clementi, with a team made of Partners Carlo Pavesio, Marco Tessera Chiesa and Vittorio Torazzi and Associate Alberto Buffa assisted Safim S.p.a. – Leader in cold chain logistics, storage and transport of temperature-controlled goods from the North West – in the sale of a majority stake to the French group Mutual Logistics.
The finalization of the operation will take place in June 2024. The Denis family, owner of Mutual Logistics, will maintain control and leadership of the new group while the Crivello family, owner of Safim s.p.a., will maintain a minority stake and a managerial role in the Italian company.
