It is AVM Gestioni SGR S.p.A. the lead investor in the entry into the share capital of Alba Robot S.r.l., together with CDP Venture Capital SGR, Techstars Ventures 2022 LP and RoboIT.
The investment transaction was carried out through the capital increase reserved for investors and the conversion of participating financial instruments and other convertible instruments previously issued by the company, 18 July 2023.
