Arianna joined Pavesio e Associati with Negri-Clementi in January 2021, following the merging of Annapaola Negri-Clementi’s team (of which she has been part since 2019) with Pavesio’s.

Arianna’s activity focuses on corporate law and M&A and she provides legal assistance in commercial law. She developed specific skills in the field of start-ups.

She has published several articles in scientific journals regarding corporate law.

She is a member of the Milan Bar since November 2017.
