Savino joined Pavesio and Associati with Negri-Clementi in November 2022 as Of Counsel.

He has been a Senior Associate in Italian and International Law Firms in Milan and London, as well as a manager and in-house counsel for international banks, financial intermediaries and fintech companies such as ABN Amro Bank, GE Capital (General Electric Group), Banco Santander and Cedacri, where he held top positions in legal and compliance organization with particular focus on the regulatory relationships.

His activity focuses on banking law, company law, corporate governance, compliance, commercial contracts, M&A, and private equity transactions.

He is a member of the Milan bar.
