Silvia d’Amario is equity partner of Pavesio e Associati with Negri Clementi since 1 February 2007.

Before she was partner of Bin Avvocati Associati and until 2004 Senior Associate at Allen & Overy.

She has recognized experience in all aspects of employment law and labor relations both in litigation and non-litigation matters.

She advises and assists Italian and foreign clients in employment law matters related to the organization of their Italian personnel, in drafting individual employment contracts (employment and self-employment agreements, non-competition agreements, secondment agreements) and agreements at company’s level (collective bargaining agreements, company’s policies including codes of conduct, disciplinary codes). She also regularly provides advice on restructuring and downsizing processes, individual dismissals and mutual termination agreements, outsourcing and transfers of undertaking and on health and safety employment related matters. She also advises on all aspects of compliance with data protection laws (GDPR and applicable legislation).

She holds right of audience in the Italian Supreme Court.

She is a member of the Turin Bar.
