Since 2008, Agnieszka Gąsiorowska, a Polish-qualified lawyer and member of the Warsaw and Turin Bar, has led the Polish and CEE Desk providing Italian clients with privileged access to the Polish market and business development opportunities in Central-Eastern Europe (the CEE Region), including the following activities:

• assistance to Italian companies in their manufacturing and commercial activities in Poland and other countries of the CEE Region;
• assistance to Polish and CEE Region companies in their operations in Italy;
• management of cross-border transactions involving companies from the CEE Region;
• management of cross-border disputes in Italy and in the CEE Region countries.
