For the academic year 2025/2026, Alberto Oddenino – Of Counsel at the firm and Associate Professor of International Law at the University of Turin – is a lecturer on the course “Artificial intelligence for biomedicine and healthcare” at the Department of Oncology, Polo Universitario Ospedale San Luigi di Torino.
The course aims at providing the basic knowledge of legal aspects associated with the production, elaboration and use of biomedical data in the wider context of EU law for the protection of fundamental rights, namely the right to health and data protection.
On Wednesday 22 April, as part of the university course, Carlo Negro – Managing Associate at Pavesio e Associati – delivered a lecture on the topic “Artificial Intelligence for diagnostic purposes: some practical legal insights”.
