He practices as Of Counsel in cases involving International law and EU law profiles (with particular focus on international contracts, arbitral clauses and arbitral proceedings, state immunity issues, compensation for nontransposition of EU directives, ECJ preliminary ruling, right to health in EU dimension, EU data protection law, transboundary flow of data).

Author of two books and of more than fifty articles or contributions on topics of Public and Private International Law, International economic law, International monetary law, International arbitration, Health Law EU Law and International Law and New Technologies.

She is a member of the Turin Bar.
