On 18 May 2026, within the framework of the XXVI edition of the Master’s programme “Trust Law in the Countries of Origin and in Italy”, Course II, Federico Riganti delivered a lecture entitled ESG Criteria and Fiduciary Duties: Principles, Issues and Developments Principles, Issues and Developments“.
The Master’s programme has trained some of the leading Italian professionals in the field of trusts; its faculty is composed of the most renowned experts in the respective subjects, and the teaching combines theoretical analysis with practical applications, including the drafting of trust deeds.
