Montefiore Investment – a fund headquartered in Paris, Milan and Madrid, active in SMEs across the services sector – acquires a stake in Studio Rock, a tax and corporate advisory firm.
Pavesio Studio Legale advised the partners of Studio Rock on all corporate and financial law aspects of the transaction, with a team comprising Andrea De Tomas, Alberto Buffa, Carolina Ceretti e Marco Politti.
Studio Rock, founded in 1977, has a team of over 50 chartered accountants and lawyers.
The transaction takes place against a backdrop of change in the professional services market, characterised by growing regulatory complexity, demand for specialist expertise and the need for significant technological investment. In this context, Studio Rock is set to act as an aggregation platform bringing together professional firms with high quality standards and a strong client focus.
