Saferoad Holding, an international group controlled by the private equity fund Fsn Capital and active in the road safety and infrastructure sector, has completed the acquisition of Sias, an Italian operator specialising in road safety, signage and infrastructure services, together with its subsidiaries Si.Se Sb, Scb, Esseotto and Strade Sicure Emilia-Romagna (in liquidation).
Among the advisors involved was also Pavesio Studio Legale, which advised the minority shareholder and CEO of Sias, with a team composed of Carlo Peyron and Carolina Ceretti.
The transaction is part of Saferoad’s development path and represents a further step in expanding its platform in the Italian market. Upon completion of the integration process, Sias and its subsidiaries will join Saferoad’s Business Area Services, continuing to operate through their existing organisation and local presence
