Valeria Miraglia

Valeria began his collaboration with Pavesio and Associati with Negri-Clementi in May 2013.

Her work is focused on the labour law sector, and she has an extensive experience in private employment and privatized public administration disputes.

Former Teaching fellow at he Law Faculty (Labour Law) at LUMSA University and University La Sapienza in Rome, nowadays she has the same role at the Law Faculty (Labour Law) of the University of Turin.

Adjunct Professor at “Scuola Superiore dell’Economia e delle Finanze” and “Agenzia per lo Sviluppo delle Amministrazioni Pubbliche” for Region Lazio, Contract Professor at University of Turin for a range of courses and Commander-s Legal Counsel at Scuola Universitaria Interdipartimentale in Scienze Strategiche in Turin.

She has written for “Rivista Italiana di Diritto del Lavoro”, “Lavoro e Previdenza Oggi” and she still collaborates with “Giurisprudenza Italiana”, writing reviews on the Court of Cassation’s labor law sentences.

She is a member of the editorial board of “Diritto ed Economia dell’Impresa” journal.

She is registered to the Patrons of the Court of Cassations since February 2019. Valeria is a member of the Turin Bar.
