Alberto Oddenino

Alberto joined Pavesio e Associati with Negri-Clementi in January 2020 as Of Counsel.

His activity focuses on cases involving International law and EU law profiles (in particular on international contracts, arbitral clauses and arbitral proceedings, state immunity issues, compensation for non-transposition of EU directives, ECJ preliminary ruling, right to health in EU dimension, EU data protection law, transboundary flow of data).

Author of two books and more than fifty articles or contributions on topics of Public and Private International Law, International economic law, International monetary law, International arbitration, Health Law EU Law, and International Law and New Technologies.

He is a member of the Turin Bar.
