Is a co-founder and the senior partner of Pavesio e Associati with Negri-Clementi. Prior to his current role he was one of the co-founders and partners of Brosio, Casati e Associati (established on 1 July 1990) and was a partner of Allen & Overy from 1998, when the two firms merged, until 31 December 2006.
His experience is mainly focused on contentious and non-contentious matters, in corporate and contractual law advising domestic and international clients. He specializes in mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures and corporate reorganization as well as in connection with generation transfers, governance and trust. He also has arbitration and litigation expertise.
He has authored a number of articles and given several lectures on international contract law, corporate and family governance, arbitration.
He is a member of the Turin Bar and admitted to practice before the Corte di Cassazione (the Italian Supreme Court).
