Emiliano Rossi

Is a partner of Pavesio e Associati with Negri-Clementi and has been an Associate of Allen & Overy until 2007.

Emiliano assists Italian and foreign clients in corporate and commercial matters and in the field of art and succession law, both in contentious and non-contentious scenarios.

He has, in particular, extensive experience in drafting and negotiating a wide variety of commercial contracts in different sectors, including M&A transactions and construction deals. In the context of succession matters, he also advises on trusts and foundations.

He has also gained a long experience in the field of art law, assisting collectors, galleries, museums and art publishers in matters relating to the art trade, the import and export of artworks, provenance and authenticity matters, damages to artworks, copyright and succession planning of art collections.

Emiliano has acquired experience on the tax legislation relating to the ownership and transfer

of artworks and on the tax benefits applicable to donations to museums and cultural institutions.

She is a member of the Turin Bar.
